Who we are

Mellot & Co is a trading name of NovaBid Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (SC886622). NovaBid Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@mellotandco.com.

What we collect and why

When you use our form or the 10% offer, we collect your name, business, email address and the answers you choose to give. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. If you tick the tips box, we also use your email to send occasional tips, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Lawful basis

Replying to your enquiry: our legitimate interest in answering a request you made, and steps before a possible contract. Tips emails: your consent.

Who sees it

Your answers are emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, and kept in our email account. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Website statistics and spam protection

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser without tracking you across sites.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Tips subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@mellotandco.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
